We released OTC branded balloons into the sky above each of our OTC on Tour locations, each balloon was tagged with a competition code - correct competition codes submitted to Off The Chart Radio during the duration of the competition will be entered into a free prize draw.

 

Have you found one of our tags? If so, read on.

Location you found the tag

Competition Code number printed on the tag

 

In accordance with the competition Terms & Conditions, all of the above information must be submitted. Once the competition code has been verified you will receive a response confirming your entry has been placed into our prize draw.

The Great Balloon Giveaway Competition Terms & Conditions

 

1. These Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules apply to the 'Great Balloon Giveaway' competition to be held between 26/10/09 and ending on 22/11/09 on 'Off The Chart Radio - www.offthechartradio.co.uk'.

 

2. How to enter: Entrants must have found a winning prize tag with a competition code printed on it. Once this has been found, entrants must visit the website address also printed on the tag (www.offthechartradio.co.uk/birthday) and follow the on screen instructions. These on screen instructions instruct the entrant to email the radio station's management with details of their name, contact address and telephone number along with the competition code printed on the tag. Once management have verified this is a genuine code, the entrant will be contacted and informed that they have been placed into a free prize draw along with all other successful entrants. The prize draw will take place on 23/11/09 and the winning entrant will be contacted upon this date. Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted after this time.

 

3. The competition is only open from 26/10/09 to 22/11/09 and any entries received after this time will be void and not eligible to win.

 

4. The prize, which will be awarded to the entrant with the winning code picked at random in a free prize draw is a Wi-Fi Internet Radio to the value of £55 R.R.P.

 

5. The management of Off The Chart Radio reserve the right to refuse incorrectly submitted entries (e.g.: no contact details are supplied or the code supplied is incorrect) and this decision will be final with no correspondence entered into.

 

6. The prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable

 

7. Members associated with Off The Chart Radio and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate and win. The term 'immediate families' include spouses, Grandparents, Parents, Children & Grandchildren whether by marriage, past marriage, remarriage, adoption, co habitation or other family extension.

 

8. Off The Chart Radio disclaims any responsibility for the inability of a complete entry to reach us, whether due to equipment malfunction or the entry being logged as spam by our mail server

 

9. All competition codes can be claimed once (eg: once a competition code is claimed, it cannot be reclaimed by the same or a different person and will be void)

 

10. To the extent permitted by law, Off The Chart Radio will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct and consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of the prizes.

 

11. By participating, all winners grant Off The Chart Radio exclusive permission to use their names in connection with the promotion of this competition and waive an claims to royalty, right or remuneration of such use.

 

12. All personal details provided to participate in these promotions will be held by Off The Chart Radio for the purpose of this promotion and once the competition has closed, all such data will be destroyed.

 

13. Off The Chart Radio reserves the right to refuse awarding any prize to a person who is determined to have violated a rule set out in these Terms & Conditions, gained an unfair advantage in participating in the competition or obtained a winner status using fraudulent means.
