Multimedia content is the property of Off The Chart Radio unless otherwise stated. Any copyrighted media within these recordings is used with thanks to the copyright owners. Streaming of music is covered by our licences with PPL and the PRS for Music.

OffTheChartRadio.co.uk is known to work fully on Windows Internet Explorer 8 + and Mozilla Firefox with screen resolutions of 1024 x 768 and higher. Limited testing has also been carried out through Apple's Safari, Google Chrome and Opera. Although the site should work without, for the best experience we recommend that you have Javascript enabled within your browser. Some issues were encountered when testing with Internet Explorer 7 and below, however these should not generally affect your browsing experience.

Off The Chart Radio does not collect or store any data about the visitors of this web site other than those retrieved from standard web server logs and Google Analytics. For each visitor, our web server automatically recognises the URL address used to access www.offthechartradio.co.uk or one of its pages, the visitor's IP address and, where possible, the link which directed the user to this web site.

Data collected is used merely for statistical and security purposes and is never processed by any persons unless an attack is made on the server, in which case it may be viewed by server managers.
