Went to the gym and trained really (kinda) hard! Managed to do 2.5 miles in 40 minutes....ummm, I must have got my last blog wrong as I said I did 2.5 miles in 30 odd minutes.! I did work really hard today. I am pretty pleased with my progress. Fitness Factor ( 3 out of 10 )

Oh yeah, I forgot to add....as I trained so hard, I thought I'd treat myself and Janine to a McDonald's. I know, tis the ultimate sin when you're in training for a run, but hey!
By the way, when I say train hard...compared to fit people, it's a bit pants I know...but trust me, at the moment I'm well unfit!!!
